At Restorative Sports Therapies, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive sports massage therapy and rehabilitation treatments. Our experienced therapist tailors each session to the unique needs of athletes and active individuals, ensuring a recovery journey that enhances performance and well-being. Based in Dennistoun, just outside the City Centre in the East End of Glasgow.
Lance Dyne, MSTO
Sports Massage Therapist
Lance participated in competitive team sports from an early age, including martial arts, rugby, swimming, and in the last 5 years has taken up strength & conditioning training as well as recently returning to rugby.
Over the course of his sporting career, Lance has utilised and appreciated the benefits of sports & deep tissue massage in helping to support peak performance & maintain a competitive edge.
Lance is a qualified & insured Sports Massage Therapist, holding a Level 4 Sports Massage Diploma, as well as being a professional Member of the Sports Therapy Organisation.
This allows us to offer a full range of Sports and Deep Tissue Massage therapies to meet the needs of athletes of all levels, as well as supporting sports rehabilitation to maintain and support you in recovering from injury.
In addition to being a Sports Massage Therapist, Lance is also Studying to become a Quantity Surveyor.

Richard McAtamney
Chief Operating Officer
Richard is a Senior Project Manager, having spent the last 20 years working in Financial Services and serves as our Chief Operating Officer, possessing extensive experience in business operations, finance & compliance.
Richard works in the non-therapeutic side of the business, managing operations in the background, including technology, finance, data protection & security and compliance, allowing Lance to focus on looking after the needs of our clients.
